Our locations have been hand-picked to represent the most popular offshoring destinations in the world. We have categorized our locations into three different types:

• Central business districts. A central business district (CBD) is the downtown retail trade and commercial area of a city. It's an area with high land valuation, traffic flow, and concentration of retail business offices, theaters, hotels and services. As can be seen from the list below, each of our CBDs is charcterized by being the downtown of a country's capital. This kind of location is where a company will typically set up a representation office or other high profile premises
  
  
• Industrial areas. An industrial area is a heavily industrialized area with a high density of factories, offices and other industrial properties. It can be in the form of an industrial park and/or within a special economic zone - both of which seek to attract industry by offering various kinds of benefits, e.g. good infrastructure, proximity to a major sea port, corporate tax breaks, special import/export conditions and cheap property and labor. It is seldom located centrally in a city but may very well be in the outskirts of a major city.
